The Junior Sales Executive would be responsible for account management, outbound lead generation, closing deals, and growing account relationships across industry verticals (CPG, distribution, food/beverage, retail, transportation & logistics) for our small to midsize business (SMB) team at Blue Horseshoe.

What do we expect?
  • Supports partners/alliances to perform sales and marketing activities.
  • Works directly with customers in account management functions, i.e. proposals, roadmap development, relationship development driving revenue, closing deals, and satisfaction.
  • Attain knowledge on clients business and technology needs.
  • Prospecting, cold calling, scheduling appointments, and building relationships.
  • Collaborate with Sales Directors, partners, decision makers, and key influencers within companies.
  • Participate in team meetings, networking, and activities to grow the SMB prospect lists and our business.
  • Proactively follow up with existing clients and potential new clients.
  • Ensure successful follow-through of the sales cycle by maintaining accurate activity and lead qualification information in the CRM
  • Consistently hit and exceed goals while holding a high standard of integrity.
Here's What We're Looking For:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or similar major; or equivalent experience
  • At least one year of lead generation experience with a track record of goal achievement in inside sales,
  • Preferred but not required, insides sales within SaaS
  • Experience in communicating with C-level executives a plus
  • Self-motivated with the ability to operate independently and the strong desire to work as a member of a team
  • Ability to work collaboratively across marketing, pre-sales and sales
  • Requires Microsoft Office proficiency; experience with a CRM is a plus.
  • Must be legally eligible to work in the US on a permanent basis without sponsorship
